This portal site is specifically aimed at existing ReCreateX customers. On this portal site you will find all information concerning ReCreateX, open tickets, invoices, contracts, open trainings, manuals, orders, ...

Functionalities

Once you are logged in, this site offers you information on the following items:

1. Document centre
In the document centre you will be able to consult the different release notes, as well as the most recent price list.

2. Manuals
All ReCreateX manuals can be found here, sorted per ReCreateX version.

3. Tickets
An overview of all tickets and their status, creation date, ... can be found here. It is also possible to create a new ticket.

4. Contracts
A detailed overview of your contracts.

5. Invoices
A detailed overview of all invoices and their payment status and due date.

6. Contact persons
Here you will find a list of all contact persons within your organisation that are known by Syx Automations. You can manage contact persons within your organisation yourself. For optimal communication, it is advised that you review this list regularly and modify it if required.

In order to have access to this portal, each customer needs a valid user account with a linked password. If you do not have a valid user account yet, you can contact our customer service center.
